Exchange and Return Policy
The consumer has the right to return or exchange the product and receive a refund within 7 days for a physical store and 10 days for an online store from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications, in which case it may be returned.
Return Policy Due to Failed Delivery:
If the final customer cannot be reached or does not receive the order, three contact and delivery attempts will be made.
After the three attempts have been exhausted without the order being received, the shipment will be returned to the main warehouse.
